Return and refund policy

1. General presentation

Viadeclic, s. r. o. is a company under Slovak law (“ViaDéclic”, “we”) whose registered office is at Šancová 50, 811 05 Bratislava Staré mesto, Slovakia, registered in the commercial register in Bratislava Staré mesto under the number registration number 51622 / B and who operates the Vitis Lean Academy website (“our site”), its content, its training, its sales platform and the data collected there.

2. Right of withdrawal

Since part of our market is in France, our customers may be affected by the right of withdrawal. Any consumer has a right of legal retraction of 14 days from the date of purchase during a distance purchase. You may exercise this right in a discretionary manner, that is to say without having to justify a reason, or to pay penalties (with the exception, if any, return costs) for any physical product. Article L121-20-2 paragraph 5 of the Consumer Code excludes from the legal withdrawal period the “provision of audio or video recordings, or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer”. The case law considers an online service as “unsealed” as soon as the consumer has validated his access to this service and has started to use it.

We understand however the need to try before being on a purchase. On our site, we therefore give you the right to test our online services for 30 days from the date of purchase, including for services you have started using, and to request a refund without having to provide justification within this period.

3. Terms of return

In order to benefit from the return of a physical product, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (the packaging may have been opened to allow you to review the product).

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, but to the following address: Viadeclic, Šancová 50, 811 05 Bratislava Staré mesto, Slovakia.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

When the 30-day period is exceeded, returns will be decided and granted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales department before returning the product to the email address contact@strongmobility.eu.

4. Refund (if applicable)

In the case of non-physical products, such as online courses, the refund will be made as soon as possible, within a reasonable time allowing our services to process your request. This period can not exceed 5 working days.

In the case of physical products, once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request, depending on your compliance with the conditions set out in Section 3.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, as soon as possible, within a reasonable time allowing our services to process your request. This period can not exceed 5 working days.

The refund amount is the amount you paid for the product, excluding postage, including any discounts and promotions. This is not the actual amount of the product.

5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@strongmobility.eu.

6. Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to contact@strongmobility.eu and send us your article to the following address: Viadeclic, Šancová 50, 811 05 Bratislava Staré mesto, Slovakia.

7. Expedition

To return a product, you must mail it to the following address: Viadeclic, Šancová 50, 811 05 Bratislava Staré mesto, Slovakia.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than € 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
